Just a quick note to all you beautiful Figure athletes!
I'm having my last Figure Posing and Presentation clinic for the year on November 17th, Saturday, from 9am-11am.
We're going to cover all the details of a winning presentation - including the mandatory and model poses for NPC competition, hair, nails, shoes and suits. My own suit maker, Bryon David may be on hand to give his tips on the finer points of choosing the best suit to suit your physique!
My own personal nutritionist, Pete Ciccone, will also be on hand as well, to discuss supplementation and diet during the final days before competition.
