As you can see, there was a gap in the updates of The Muscular Asian Woman.  I was out trekking through Laos and Vietnam for a fortnight.  I thought that my blogging software would automatically add some entries that I had "pre-posted," but it didn't work!  So, please accept my apologies for the unintended interruption.
