There is a lot of material out there on the female fighter/wrestler Megumi Fuji (藤井惠), as she has quite a fan following.  She has a great fighting record to go with her tight, muscular body.  (Check out the picture on the right).  According to her biography on her web page:
 
"Megumi is the most decorated female grappler in all of Japan and arguably pound-for-pound the best female fighter in the world. Japanese National Sambo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) champion, Five 2nd place finishes in the World Sambo Championships, Ground Impact professional BJJ tournament champion, 2004, 2006 BJJ Pan-am champion and 2005 ADCC -60kg earning 3rd place by defeating Gazzy Parmen with a toe hold in :48 seconds."
